Hello, I am looking for someone who can provide me with a safe and accommodating (to this business) condo/apartment to rent from, I will be using it as a secondary part-time residence as well as an incall location.
I would really like it to be in Surrey, but anywhere up to Burnaby/Coquitlam is okay too, as long as it's close to a skytrain and all other amenities (I don't drive or own a vehicle).
It doesn't need to be furnished, just clean, tastefully decorated/painted (I don't want anything to look like it's frozen in the 1980's, so no out-dated wooden doors/moulding/cabinets, or linoleum/vinyl, or tacky wallpaper, etc) and I would really really like to have a dishwasher and an in-suite laundry (however if it doesn't, it's not a deal-breaker).
When I say safe, I mean in a decent area because I'll be on foot travelling back and forth from my own home to there, I really don't care for the FOB access system and enhanced security, I guess it's not a good idea if there is a concierge or a security guard or any persons around constantly because they probably wouldn't approve of the business that is going on.
I'm an extremely quiet person, I never party or associate with loud people (don't have many friends anyway
), I do smoke but never indoors (you have to allow me to smoke on the balcony at least, I don't even like to smoke indoors because its too stuffy), and I won't be bringing my cat there, so no pets will be there. I won't be there full time anyways. My price range is: under $1000 for 1 bedroom, and under $1500 for a 2 bedroom.
