Macho Man Randy Savage had a heart attack while driving his jeep this morning. Lost control of the vehicle and hit a tree killing him. His wife only had minor injuries as the impact was all on his side of the jeep.

Scott Hall will probably be next as he's drinking himself to death.

I loved that guy, oHHHHH YEAHHHHHHHH. Too many of them die too young. Drugs/steroids, physical abuse and torment, plus a travel schedule that would kill a normal person all by itself. Wrestlers aren't alone though, there have been some high profile hockey and football deaths too, Derek Boogard this week.
Boogard proved what an idiot he was. Oxycodone and booze don't mix. He did it and he's dead. No sympathy for stupidity. Macho Man was just driving along with his wife like a normal guy and had a heart attack. Not the first guy to have a heart attack in his late 50's. Probably would have survived if he hadn't hit the tree.

Except when I was really young naive, did I like wrestling...but I always thought Macho Man was cool. I true character in the ring and the best at flying off the top ropes!

RIP

His ex-wife Elizabeth was one of the most beautiful women around. She died a few years ago.

Back in the day when wrestling was entertaining.

I grew up with him and "Jake The Snake" "Hulk Hogan" when it was the WWF lol thats really to bad to hear, I am glad his wife is okay though ... :(

Jake the Snake is one who you'd think would've have been dead. If you've seen some of his candid interviews, he's brutally honest how much booze and dope he did. but he never did roids and i guess that's why he's still around.

Savage had the best elbowdrop off the top rope in the business. Shawn Michaels had a good one but Savage was the innovator.

unpossible - what's with the sig?

You've met every cop? If you have maybe it's something YOU're doing.

Making blanket statements about any group is ignorant.

LMAO! That's funny coming from the canucks #2 hater.
But I know all the players and management so at least I dislike them for a reason.

To you all cops are bastards even when they rescue people save property and put criminals behind bars?

yea that makes sense.

rescue people, save property sounds more like firemen to me. they are the real heros. when the shit starts to fly the cops call the firemen.

putting people behind bars. not doing a very good job of that. gangsters still running the streets. drunk people mowing down young women and still on the streets. where are the cops? oh wait they're over a carmen fox harassing everyone doing a "bylaw" inspection.

I gotta agree.

I haven't met every cop, so can't make blanket statements about them. However, every experience I've had with them leads me to believe the vast majority have a serious chip on their shoulder.

They even managed to destroy my opinion of them on something that should have been positive. I called them when someone was trying to break into my garage. They showed up minutes later and arrested the guy. After giving my statement, I reached out my hand to shake the officer's hand. He grabbed for his weapon and yelled at me for trying to touch him. I didn't grab him or anything; I just reached out my hand and waited for him to reciprocate.

Boy, you talk about hijacking a thread.
Started out as a fairly good tribute to a sad situation regarding the untimely death of a human being turns into questions about a tagline about hating cops.

That is truly sad.

Sorry, just my thoughts
