I got a bbj from an sp 5 weeks ago. about a week ago these tiny white dots started showing up on the skin of my penis (the shaft). They vary in size but most of them are like if you took a white pen and dabbed all over the skin. there are two particular ones that are larger but only slightly. They're raised to a point and no redness around any of them.
Today the skin around that area only starts getting dry and some skin pieces starts to shed too.
Does this sound like anything fishy?
Hi palmmaster
It is hard to diagnose conditions over the internet as I would need to see it as well as do some tests and look at your medical history. What I can do is give you some suggestions on what to do next.
With any type of skin condition the best thing to do is to get a health care person to look at it. They can usually work out what it is by just looking at it.
There are many different things that can cause bumps on the genitals the most common one I see that is not an STI is sebaceous glands (oil glands), these are common on the penis and different sizes from person to person.
In regard to STI the most common ones that cause bumps are genital warts and molloscum.
As most STI do not show symptoms it would be best to get all the tests when you go for a checkup. Here is a link for the tests we recommend.

You can see any doctor for the exam and the testing.
