There would be no risk to you with getting a covered blow job.

Given that the SP would not be touching your penis with their mouth and you are only being exposed to your own sexual fluid, I do not see a problem.

The only risk I can see for you would be from the kissing.


As the SP is coming in contact with your semen (cum) there would be a risk to them. Their risk would be from infections that can be in the semen like chlamydia, gonorrhea, hepatitis B and HIV.

Given this I would recommend you still get a regular STI/HIV test just to make sure the SP is not at risk.

I think that is a question that only each SP can answer.

From my experience of working in sexual health I have come across 3 common answers to this question.

(1) Like everything in life everyone has a different level of risk tolerance. Some people are ok with doing things that other people would not even think about doing.

(2) Some people are not aware of what type of risk they are taking.

(3) The concern of losing business if a certain sexual act is not offered.
