The main issue would be if there was anything about the CBJ that may cause the condom to be damaged.
I guess it would really depend on the type of CBJ. If it was brief and did not involve the teeth I can’t see it making much of a difference.
On the other hand if the CBJ involved the teeth or like sonoman suggested there was some product (oil) that got on the condom that reduced its strength. There could be an increased chance the condom may break while you are having intercourse.
If people were concerned you could always change the condom between CBJ and intercourse.
