It must be a subtle allusion to the "other" services she provides to every guy who calls her mobile phone.
The girls at micros do not have anything to do with writing the ads; their ability to speak English is already marginal, let alone the ability to write a sentence of more than two words (as in 'fuck me!... lol).
The ads are written by the papa/mamasans or more frequently these days by third parties who compose and post the ads on CL. What goes in them is a combination of truth, fiction and plain misleading enticement, whatever works to get the john to call. Just consider that most CL pix are fake.
'No' restrictions generally means 'few restrictions' as in 'open to fetishes'. There are many johns who have them; and some of these fetishes are beyond the comprehension of many folk.
