No. Jump to conclusions much? Jesus where do you come up with this, there's lots of reviews on Alina and some on Winkie, no one in their right mind thinks they're the same girl.

They both work for the same micro and obviously the ad was posted with Alina's pic and Winkie's name. One ad out of dozens.
