Whatta week

I've been grouchy and pissed off at all my co workers all week...the thing is, they haven't really done anything to deserve it. I just can't stand the sight of them this week, it's taking all my will power to not explode at every little annoying thing that they do.

I don't want to do or say something I'll regret later, but I just want to lash out at someone.

What's got you so worked up that your patience is limited ?

Sometimes when I'm disappointed with my OWN situation I start looking for things outside of myself to redirect and vent my pent up frustration. If I recognize I'm doing this I try to take a break to do something healthy before returning to address the situation. Once I begin to chip away at the core issue that's bothering me I begin to feel a more positive frame of mind. It's an ongoing battle.

OR, you can do like METHODMAN above and speak your mind without discretion or sensitivity---with predictable results ( most likely negative ).

Dont rip anybody a new one if they dont honestly deserve it.....it just aint fair and it will bite you in the ass....I knew a guy who worked for a client...if he got torn a new one he would go out of his way to find a subordinate that had screwed up just so he could tear that person a new asshole.....he would make it his mission in life to do it.....and he would berate the person in front of others just to make it nastier....basically the guy was of the opinion that the "chain of command" is something that should be used to thrash others that are lower down...a pretty bad attitude.

Take a time out and calm down and rejoice that the long weekend is here....go and get laid and play some golf.....I know I will

I'm not too sure what has me riled up. Just going into work has me in a bad mood, actually waking up in the morning has me in a bad mood dreading the day...the thing is, I'm the boss, I shouldn't be dreading coming in, because if anyone is in a position to change things, it's me. To avoid doing anything I'd regret, I've closed my door all week...my door is almost always open.

Thanks for the advice dude, I'm glad I got through the week without doing anything, we'll see what Tuesday is like.

I got through my week and you can too....not a hard thing to do....the stress is harsh though....Mon-Wed of this week I got saddled with a lot of work because a bunch of slackers decided that a runny nose = calling in sick for work....and that = more work for me......lots of stress though....nothing like encountering a stupid Biotch who decides to do a 3 point turn from where her vehicle is parked on the curb in front of you as you are sliding around a corner doing 50.....all you can do is gear down/slam the brakes and pull the tiller to the opposite side and pray....then YELL your displeasure and be happy you did not trade paint.

Go forth and get laid and have fun....forget your worries and frustrations with idiot co-workers....it will all work out.
