I find myself the lucky recipiant of a trip to Montreal (this Sat thru Wed), employer had to talk me into going, so it is a sweet deal, two tickets, expenses and an allowance of $500.00/day
I know I won't be into the SP environment in Montreal even though I know it is something to experience....just not my frame of mind right now. I am looking for any advice on good clubs etc. PM me if you want. I have already asked a few TERB and MERB members just want a western opinion as well.
Thanks guys

Well Montreal is my home and there are a lot of clubs in Montreal, just walk down St. Laurent, and pick any one. The Plateau district, (north east of the mountain) have some trendy places, one I would recommend is "Thursdays" on 1449 Crescent street. I like "Funky town" on 1454 Peel (right downtown), the ladies in there are cougars but you will take one home, if not then you're either gay or very unlucky with women, in which case you might want to try "Sky" an offically "gay" bar on 1474 Ste-Catherine Est, I put that in parenthesis because it's not only for gays, my gf dragged me in there and in reality its a pick up bar for really hot girls, some in bikinis (they have a pool up there).

You gotta go to Cleopatra's. It is on or close to St Laurent half a block off Ste. Catherine's. Just the wildlife on that particular block is something else to see. Almost every other strip club on the island is a tourist trap. Also go for a long walk in Old Montreal, beautiful place to visit. Honestly I have been to Paris and Montreal and I prefer Montreal for food and people watching. People will say go to Schwartzy's delicatessen the home of the Montreal smoked meat sandwich for a sandwich and a cherry cola, but I think Costco's is better. Have a great time.

Thanks for all the great advice..........has been a wild and long two days. Arrived Saturday afternoon and has been non stop since....I have been to Toronto on numerous occassions and experienced the flavor of many a bar, I should own stock in the "Landing Strip". Montreal is just another notch up.....a city we should all be so lucky to visit. Now how to convince my company to move their corporate office from TO to Montreal.
P.S. the food is pretty damn good as well.

Would be good to hear about your experiences/ratings at places. When I was looking for info on Toronto sites I received reports about Landing Strip being a waste of time, but a few stated otherwise. I decided to pass on stopping over in TO at all.

I guess you could consider all strip bars a waste of time since most have no touching or touching on the legs only. The Landing strip has more foreign content with private booths and a VIP area that is more upscale than others.
