Funny you bring this up, Moderator-1 was just tring to get me to join the staff. Things were going very well in the negotiations until my hourly rate was discussed. Turns out we have a slight difference of opinion in regards to my worth. At the end of the day we have left the lines of communication open and one never knows what the future holds

That is not why Sheik came over and moderated for a bit. Perb was a very awful negative place and he came to try and clean it up. Terb was very much more civil. Also many good advertisers were wrongfully bullied away by other sp’s with multiple handles. It seemed a small group was trying to run Perb and hardly anyone could post without getting attacked. Perb is much better now.

No, I am just one of the common folk like yourself. Moderator-1 and the gang are doing a great job and I personally think they give us enough rope (sometimes just enough to hang ourselves) Disagreements are always going to happen but as long as we are respectfull of each other....it typically works it's self out. If it doesn't, Moderator-1 will say something witty and fitting, then lay the smack down.

Do you really think the moderators here don’t indulge in the hobby and have favorites? Do a search and look at some of the past moderators whose identities have been exposed.
and again you are in another thread with your provocations, you have your side, they have theirs, will this be a vever ending feature of yours, why not change signature?
I do prefer a moderating style that actually moderates rather than one that encourages lies and trolling. It is the difference between a site that understands some things that are illegal need to be dealt with (like slander, defamation, harrassment) and takes the responsibility of of policing the site when the members seem incapable of policing themselves. When a site provides a welcome for posting lies and slander, that is a site asking to be taken down thru legal means. This is not just a discussion forum, but an advertising one, and it makes no sense for it to be a place where the advertisers are allowed to be harrassed for instance. To get out of that, sps can ask for no reviews, which is respected. Doesn't mean she is not a good sp, which is what other sites will try to tell you, but that there are certain people out there who come onto review sites specifically to harrass and trash her.The mods here are doing a great job IMO. They step into the octagon and put things too rest when needed! Also, there is nothing wrong with each and every one us here in doing a little " moding " ourselves in helping out with lets say........trolls, non paid advertisers etc.
Helping out is a good thing.
Not unlike all the posts ThisEndUp makes about SNL, just as an example.
Also, considering that sps are businesses, posting lies about them can lead to legal action against the poster. If it is a proven lie and was posted in order to harm her business, she has the right to sue them. The site that allows such lies to be posted can be in danger. This has already occurred in Canada, not that long ago; there is a thread on the topic on the c. erb site. Very interesting, and curious to know why some other sites with little or no moderation skills, do not realize this and make sure they are not guilty of providing a place for that.
With the actions of the moderators here, you can see they respond well to an sp, paid or not, when slander is posted about them and good for them. If you enjoy using the site, you would be pleased to know that they are vigilant about that too.
absolutely the same as posting lies about another board that also sells advertising, which could also result in slander no?
much like hacking into private emails and sites could do no?
snl can reply for herself, why she continue to bring stuff up here is question, nothing solved, as now the other side has to defend itself and so it continues
