That is not Classy Angel. Angel is much classier and tinier (in the waist) than that girl. The only thing they have in common, is they both have dark hair and huge boobs. I have met her and can verify, it is not her.
I have seen Classy Angel a few times and I can assure you that is not her in the porno, she is far more attractive than that lady and classy I might add.
I wasn't alleging it's her, I was asking if it's her....and I'm not trying to hurt her reputation. How would that hurt her reputation? This is disgusting. The site deserves to get a 'cease and desist' from a lawyer and disclose their source.
Libel is hard to prove but at minimum there are copyright infringements by using her photos.
The site is hosted by Level3 communications a reputable telecom provider. Their legal department should also get a letter.
Usually such providers have policies in place to prevent such activity. If it becomes a headache from them to deal with such issues they will shut the customer down.
All that is left to say is that whoever is behind it deserves to win the Lotto Max and use it all on medication for a painful termnal illness.
Someone must be doing this from jealousy. I can't believe Angel would do anything to deserve this.

Yes, its sad. It happened to a bunch of other SP's as well. Many innocent people get put on that site
Not saying that this guy did this here but lots of really nice ladies have been ruined because of false slander and character assignation unjustly from board members. It usually is the nicest, sweet and most innocent that get taken down by other jealous sp’s and their bf’s/pimps.
Would you be able to provide info on contacting them? I was trying to give someone else some ideas as to how to get some posts about her pulled down, but other than the photo approach, I only suggested she contact someone with more legal or internet know how. The photo permission is easy; the site itself clearly outlines terms and conditions,and the poster verifies that any photos used belongs to them. So if the target of a post can prove that she owns the photographs, all she needs to do is email them the info and they, by their own rules, have to pull it down.
I don't think it is libel, but it is definitely defamation when the target is an sp, because it posts lies about their business. Makes it an easier claim, as well, unlike when the target is just a civilian. It can be proved as an attempt to harm their business, for example, and that is against the law. Just like if the OP of this thread posted that in a delberate attempt to harm Classy angel's business reputation, she would have a good case to sue him. Just saying.
Or she could petition to the site admin to have it all removed, with a cease and desist letter as well. Just because it is the internet doesn't mean it is a lawless place.
After I posted I deliverated whether this thread should be removed but there's what moderators are for.
Besides, if true that this happened to others maybe they will benefit from this advice (I'm no lawyer btw).
If it's true and the site gets away with it than I am surprised those SPs don't pursue legal action.
Again, the easiest to pursue it is claims of copyright infringement and the hoster's acceptable use policy actually provides a link to do so.

Hosting providers such as the one running this site do not want to be in the press for hosting this kinds of stuff.
There are other devious and illegal ways to take them down but that's a desperate move.

The dirty is just a very bad place that enables people to vent their own BS on the community without divulging who they are and what their mission is in the thread. They don't have to back up anything which is dead wrong. Theft of the images though can be dealt with by any good lawyer. I am sorry she has been dealt this low blow.

I have a sneaking suspicion some people are unhappy with the exposure the business has received with the coming of the internet and forums like this one. They would rather have more control over things and decide for themselves who gets the most business as in the old days. They are perplexed as to what to do and have resorted to smear tactics. In the end it will backfire on them. Just a thought.
