I'm just curious why it is interesting that she makes appointments via email? It's quite common so I'm just wondering if I'm missing something...?

She does not say..Real photo (of the actual girl) just that pic is real. and yes. that photo looks like a real girl

Am I being a trifle suspicious? To respond with your email address is just as likely to see you receive an endless torrent of unsolicited JUNK emails? No?? In other words, the CL advt. is fake and just a way for "them" to get email addresses that otherwise would never be made available.
