Well more specifically, someone on this forum . To shoot the breeze, have some drinks, play board games, whatever. Given that pooning itself has a large social component involved in it, I was wondering if anyone has met or would meet someone on this forum to socialize with.

(This is simply a discussion about the idea of meeting up with others, it's not for personal requests and invitations.)

Fuck man, been doing this for years.
A rather small group of us started hangin' together years ago for a meet up. Just a couple or three
of us and in quite a short time it grew to a pretty healthy sized group. Of course for anonymity
I'm not mentioning any names here.

We'd meet up for food and maybe some drinks.
Then go out and poon and for those that had the time would come back for a last ditch talk
and gab session and tons of laughs.

Great times indeed. Myself and a few like minded friends still do this to this very day.

There was one memorable experience..........
About 10 years ago the group turned out to be about 12 guys or more and we really
got into the food and possibly a couple of drinks more than we should have.

Well the talk needless to say got a little loud and we turned that place on its ear
talking openly about seeing hookers and I'm sure we thoroughly disgusted a person
or two but nobody gave a shit and it was one of the grandest times we ever had.

What a blast that was. :pound:

Although nowadays its definately more toned down.
I look forward to it everytime the bunch of us get together. Really good times bro!
Get urself a few pooner friends and open up a greater avenue to the pooning world
as you can share stories and laughs and most importantly info on the gals you see.

It's okay to share info on a public board but when you can get out with a few like
minded buddies all hell can break loose in a good way of course. :D

Nice! Really grateful for this detailed reply. I was curious about this because the community here seems pretty strong and I thought it could be quite enjoyable just to hang out with others who are close in proximity. I'm glad to hear you assembled a pretty sizable group and have tons of fun whenever you get together. Good times!

I would love to, in theory. But being a married and a bit paranoid about my privacy, I think I would rather not.

About two years ago, there was this by invitation only get together of ladies and guys in Surrey that I wanted to go to but chickened out at last moment. But yea, I think it would be awesome to sit around with like-minded people and talk something other than sports which is ........ women.

We have been meeting at local pubs for a few years now. Sometimes it's just guys and sometimes a few SP's join us too.

It's fun and worthwhile if you want to meet other like minded people.

Try reaching out to some other like minded pooners who visit the same SP's and take it from there.

I used to host a monthly poker game for 8 of us.I would make a wicked dinner and we would enjoy a sociable meal in my home and then play a cash tournament poker game.I kept it going for just over 2 years
and I developed a very popular menu with the fave dinner being my twist on beef wellington(no mushroom duxelle instead the beef was sandwhiched with jalepeno chedder slices and then wrapped with pre-cooked bacon and then encased in puff pastry) we even got into playing darts as a wind up as people arrived.

Funniest moment IMO was when I was busy in the kitchen and the doorbell rang and I asked one of the guys to answer the door.He did and he told me it was a sales rep from Just Energy.I said "tel the guy to fuck off and slam the door in his face" or you dont get to eat.....he promptly did so_On 2 occasions I actually had the famed Heidi The German Doll show up as she found out the game was on and wanted to stop by as I had hosted her in my home before.....the first time she asked to use my infra red sauna and needed a towel....I gave her the best I had....a massive bath sheet from the old 4 seasons hotel in Calgary that my brothers and I lifted BITD.

Lots of fun is all I can say.

Do a search on PERB with keyword "perber anonymous meeting" or "PA meeting" ... I wonder if any of the "reports" survived the various purges. ( I might look for some archive backups )

There ALWAYS were small and big meetings. Some organized in private, some, like PA meetings, were open and invitation posted openly on PERB.
PA meet #1 had..... all three members. PA #10 was over 110 people strong and we took over half of the Drake.

There were sushi meetings ( where I met Sushiman for the first time LOL ) as well as Guys and Dolls dinners out.

We had online chat groups with lots of girls and guys joining every night

We had beach out days as well as shooting range trips..... I still have picture of couple girls shooting guns down the range

Not to mention, you had a page of new posts to read if you were away from the board for more then 5-6 hours LOL

This PERB community was very active and vibrant. ... and ohhhhh, so much fun LOL LOL LOL

I can totally understand the appeal of hanging out with fellow pooners from time to time. As much fun as this hobby can be, it's far more fun when you can share stories about your experiences with like minded people over a few pops.

Id love to meet some fellow pooners in the Surrey area. Or hell any pooners at all. Im a bit younger but i dont mind hanging with people regardless of age. If ya guys put something together Id be down!

Now here's a serious question;

As weird as it may sound, I transitioned a year ago from SP to pooner (I am female, just to clarify) and found more joy in relating to my previous clients about their experiences with the various ladies and the uncertainty (or adventure/quest) of finding either hidden gems, "just-does-it-right"'s or damaged goods", and got inspired enough to see a few providers for myself.

My now-ex-GF was an escort in VAN&VI who unfortunately got handed to her some fibromyalgia (hence why she quit/or got fired, can't trust her word anymore for personal reasons) and we found our conversations very relatable and very true but to some degree. As mentioned, when talking to my previous clients we talk about the typical L/S/A/B(I've never actually rated Body in my reviews, I round it up to looks in general with my personal opinion on both face and body in the written itself) but when talking to her she'd shoot the shit about obviously-anonymous clients which (as someone who lept into the ball-park) took in offense likely due to her misunderstanding the concept entirely of the SP-Hobbyist relationship.

Just asking, would it normal for an ex-SP/now-hobbyist to partake in such particular "meet-ups/hang-outs/talks/all that jazz"? Or would it be considered as weird, abnormal, uncomfortable, etc etc ??

There used to be a group of us in Victoria as well who got together. Sometimes just for a drink and others for board games and a social with a few ladies.
Sadly, it hasn't happened for several years.

There used to be a very strong group in Victoria, Edmonton and Calgary.
A fantastic group in Seattle. I went to one event there.... They rented a ballroom at the hotel downtown for their event. Probably about 200 people. It was FANTASTIC LOL
