A LOT of these photos could be taken from the real person, with all the Yumiko/Leolist paper signs and what not, but if you look carefully, you can tell that many of them are very very heavily filtered or photoshopped. For Dinah, the case is that you can see that she never fully revealed the stomach, and the dress would give you an illusion that it maybe flat (when it really isn't). For many girls that are older, with a more chubbier physique but still has big (but saggy boobs), they would where some kind of dress to cover it up and make them seem as slim as possible. When you see these kinds of photo, they may be real, but still take it with a grain of salt.
