I find it appropriately ironic that the Judge was McKay. His conclusions seemed well reasoned, and it is justice to see an impartial McKay kick the political McKay in the nuts.

Good on the judge having clarity and decided the case was just plain wrong. Now a case against a client needs to be heard given clients have zero rights and service providers are immune to prosecution. Seems discriminatory to me. Legal to sell and illegal to buy? Most f**ked up legislation to ever be passed by both houses in Ottawa.
