I've been pooning alot lately, like really alot. I've been to 2 different micro on same day twice last month.

What happen if I got busted by LE? What they gonna do?
I heard I shouldn't bring any id when visiting micro.

I think you have more to worry about getting robbed by thugs pretending to be customers than by LE. It's happened many times in the past. There have been two murders that I know of that happened in the lower mainland within the last 4 years and there may have been more. Just don't bring alot of cash, your wallet or an expensive smartphone.

Police respond to complaints when it comes to micros. If you see nosy neighbours in the hallway, it's a good indicator that they will report the place to the police. Usually the police won't do very much with the pooner, but they'll try to put a scare in you threatening to arrest you for "being in a common bawdy house," but it's bullshit and they know it because they will not do all the paperwork required for such a bullshit summary conviction charge. If you don't have ID don't worry because you really don't need to provide ID unless you're being arrested for something or if you're driving. If you do provide ID or tell them your name they'll enter your name in their DISC programme and it's not easy to get your name off it, so definitely try and avoid giving them a name and don't whatever you do give them a false name. Be pleasant and respectful with them but at the same time be assertive. Tell them to arrest you for something or you're free to go. They won't do it. But be ready to verbally spar with them about your rights because they are very good at getting something out of you. They don't like to lose. If you stick to your guns they'll be pissed but they will have to release you eventually. Maybe avoid going to your car until everything is clear because if you're in your car you MUST provide a driver's license.

Hope this helps.

Doggy stick to Micros that don't have a million guys visiting each day, and you have nothing to worry about.

Not to worry about police. Last one any neighbour would call.

If the micro incall is a rental building, often the other tenants don't care too much and mind their own business.
As well, the building manager often doesn't care, unless there's a lot of noise, because s/he wants to keep the units rented.

If the incall is a unit rented in a strata, then any nosy upset neighbours will report a micro to the property manager.
Then the manager would call the landlord/unit owner, who boots the micro tenant.

I am told in one case that the on-site building manager determined there was a micro operating, and talked with the operator directly.
The unit owner was not notified, but the micro had no choice but to leave, as potential customers would have be harassed.

The customer's risk in micros is next to nil.... the only real one being present during a micro hold-up.
These days not a lot of money is kept on-site at micros, but are picked up regularly during the day. The pickings for thugs are much less attractive.

Massage parlours are safer because of their security cameras, and thieves know the owners will call police afterwards with the video evidence.
Police are not interested in what business activity may be going on (they already know anyway), but in pursuing the hold-up criminal, particularly if he is armed.

Yeah I've been pondering that before too. I seldom go and for me to get busted would be insane bad luck. During the few times I went, I've only brought keys, cash, and cell phone. Never even thought about taking ID with me :/

My previous reads on other posts about this topic lead me to believe if you are busted in a Micro (which is considered an illegal common bawdy house) you can be charged just because you are in there. Doesn't mean the charges will stick, but the legal and personal issues may be enough to cause a whole lot of trouble.

Correct me if I am wrong?

Thanks

That's why I posted above to NOT identify yourself to the police. They won't charge you anyway.
