why are so many SPs around Metrotown or Downtown?

I think you sorta answered your own questions. The ladies do not wany neighbors to know what is going on... ,, but for what it's worth.. I really think they (the ladies) like hanging around with each other in the nude, as soon as you leave they call each and then they go to each others place for a pjama party. here are pictures of last night's party..
that makes sense, all the SPs want a sense of community and create their own hubs. I live in Richmond and there aren't many outside of the Richmond Center area, in places like Steveston. Maybe girls could also work at UBC or SFU but that would be too visible if they are also students
Pooners need to park a car or have a skytrain nearby. How can you find parking at the universities? Their clientele would need to be students. I have to go to SFU for work a few times a year, I always make sure they have somewhere for me to park.
But yeah, condos make the most sense to use for incalls. Areas with lots of condos will therefore have the most SPs.
A travelling sp bus.. service to your front door, office or whenever and wherever the urge arises! :eyebrows:
Maybe they should operate out of a converted Greyhound bus so I don't have to drive to Metrotown.
thats funny ...before i became an sp i had a small motorhome that male friends would ask to borrow for extracurricular activities. i had toyed with the idea of making it a cathouse on wheels
I'd think SPs that work downtown would have a lot of daytime clients for people that work downtown too... Maybe that's the best location for their customers.

I think you are right clients can sneek away between meetings,lunch breaks and after work. Tons of people work downtown, but maybe there are so many out in Metrotown is maybe the rent cheaper? Than being DT?
I live in a nice clean upscale private home with ample street parking, and enough of my neighbours work from home that my low volume traffic doesn't detract! I have had visitors come from Downtown via Skytrain and the bus...I also mainly work daytimes, and early in the evening, so visitors tend to be those who either work or live in Surrey/Langley/White Rock or points east. But honestly; with the gorgeous three bedroom basement suite rented out, it costs me so little to live in my little palace here! I have been asked if I'd consider moving north of the river again, or closer to Skytrain, but it would represent a huge jump in my cost of living...so for now, you'll just have to come out and see me!
I moved downtown for personal reasons and I was a bit worried about losing some of my visitors for whom Brentwood Mall was more convenient. So far, I'm re-establishing myself quite nicely, and life downtown kinda makes up for the transition time. I'm very hopeful about the New Year and expect 2014 to be a boom year! My old location could never offer anything close to what my new location can, with the same great provider (me)!
