To be transparent, alot of indies have a third party answer calls, do initial screening, and scheduling, etc. It's been stated before admin is probably the most time consuming part of a provider's day, it should be no surprise if it's outsourced.
I didn't express distaste towards agencies. I use agencies more than I use independents.

Indi girls often need to book and reserve an incall rental, vs agencies will have their own that the girls come and use... Also with agencies the girls come for shifts and the girl will be available for her shift if there are open spaces in her schedule. That's a wide brush but often like that...
