Where do you shop for your groceries?

Do you shop at the bigger chains, or the smaller local neighborhood grocery store?

A little bit of everywhere. Italian centre, Grocery people, Giant Tiger, Real Canadian Superstore, Safeway (rarely, only because it is close.. way overpriced for everything), and H&W Produce for veggies.

smaller local grocery store - I like that the staff know me and I don't require a map to find my way around.

I hate going into supervalue and walmart - they stress me out, also, I find if I stick with the small stores, I don't buy as much, just what I need. Whereas if I go to a huge store I always see stuff and think, hey, I could use that and end up coming out with way more than I intended....
