Where do Chinese aunties come from?

I.e. where in China (what regions/cities) do these ladies tend to work when they're young, before "aging out" and moving here?

I have a penchant for young, hot Chinese women, so I've been vaguely considering including some city in China among the stops on my next vacation (which won't be for a year or two, so I'm not too worried about their current lockdown problems.) So I'd like to figure out what Chinese cities I should/shouldn't be bothering with, both in terms of availability/variety, and also in terms of value-for-money. (Beijing, for example, sounds good for variety, but absolutely awful for prices.)

I've done some reading on the China forum on ISG; but confusingly, they make it sound like every major city (other than Beijing) is a ghost-town where ladies are impossible to find. (And that's not just because of COVID; that's the impression I get even from the posts from ~10 years ago on there.)

I know that some of the "Chinese aunties" we see here are actually from Hong Kong / Taiwan / Macau / etc, but the majority of them are from mainland China.

Anyone who frequents these ladies, and who speaks the language, have the habit of asking them where they used to live?

Anyone ever been / lived in mainland China for a while, and pooned while there?

Or, alternately, is there some city that's not in China that you'd recommend looking at, because it has a large number of attractive, younger Chinese SPs? (Guessing there are places in both Japan and Korea like this, but I don't know any specifics.)

It's illegal in mainland China for both SP and customers. I wouldn't chance it without a reliable local "guide." At best, they can jail you without trial (look up "administrative detention") for up to 20 days and of course you have to pay your way out (monetary fine.) Entrapment is also common. They may even flag you in your immigration/customs record. At worst, you'll become another "Michael", only without their reputation.

they are available everywhere in china and especially in major cities.

they used to have brothels but with corruption clamp down, they’ve turned into micro style.

I recall like 6 years back I was in Shanghai and connected with a contact through WeChat. The guy speaks English, he’s essentially a broker for xpats and people who don’t speak the local language.

he took me to a regular decent hotel, up the elevator to top floor to their spa and there was a lineup to pick from.

the guy didn’t charge me anything he gets a cut from the spa for bringing the client in. But I tipped the guy anyway. Very nice guy, and helpful, told me when the best time for variety, asked what type of girl I liked so they can call in more girls that fit my requests, helped me confirm services I was looking for, etc.

but last I heard they shut a lot of those down and now you just go to the girls apartment.
