Where can I get a black fishnet veil that partially covers the face?

I'd like to get one of those hats/clips that has a black fishnet veil that partially covers the face. Something glamorous. Something along these lines:

Any suggestions for a place in Vancouver? I didn't have much luck on Ebay. I found something on an American site (yandy), but I didn't want to pay the $35 shipping for a $20 product...

Dressew is great for all kinds of costume supplies so I'm guessing they probably have hat making stuff too. It's in the heart of the DTES so bring your body guard or baseball bat.

Try Main Street. Pretty sure i saw little retro hats at G-Girl (Main between 20th & 21st) but start at Scout (on 8th just west of Main) for funky retro clothes/accessories & wander up. Temple of the Modern Girl (Main/11th) may have something. Lace Embrace (16th just east of Main) is your best bet..try on a corset while you're there..or for vintage, Burcu's Angels next door. Also worth checking out, C'est La Vie Consignment (Main between 16th + 17th), Echo (between 19th + 20th), Front (Main/22) or Woo Vintage Main/28th. And more than a few ateliers & cool shops along the way that i've missed..like Flaming Angels (they specialize in custom fetish wear) on Main/27th..

Downtown, True Value Vintage, Robson/Granville or Deluxe Junk in gastown.
