I have a vestigial toenail on the outside edge of my right little toe.
I know it's time to cut it when it begins to snag on my socks as I put them on. Over the years I have found I can painlessly pull it off with a pair of tweezers. . . . . but it always grows back.
I call it Logan.

Haha, took a bit but I got the reference :)
None here but back when I had the big house and yard, one of the landscapers was this cute ticket very slim, not really my type but cute as kittens. Well things moved on, one led to another and the next you know we are in the hot tub. She had a 3rd nipple. Just left of center in between her two A cups, perfectly formed too. It was pretty hot in a really weird kind of way.

No mutation, but a rather interesting deformity. My two pinky fingers are not straight, but curved inward toward the ring finger. The big advantage to it was when I played guitar, I was able to better hold notes when fretting with it, despite the drawback of limited reach.

I have this belly that sticks out a teensie bit too far. No lint though.

Oh, and I have a curvey back at my waistline that chicks tell me is cute, but I think it’s too feminine looking for a guy.

I have a sunken chest (pectus excavatum).

It use to bother me to the point that I went to a surgeon to see if it was worth getting fixed with the Nuss procedure, which is where they insert a u-shaped bar underneath your ribcage and rotate it to pop your sternum out and leave it there for many months.

Decided to not get it in the end and it doesn't bother me anymore.

And no I never poured milk in my sunken chest for others to drink or eat cereal out of like a bowl or anything.

I have a surgical incision scar below my navel that makes it look as if I have two navels. I once disliked it, but after all these years, it's now just another part of me.
