Everyone seems to have their own definition of PSE, it seems to vary by city, agency, location of advertising, etc.
I know of a lot of people who do not consider PSE to include BBBJ, CIM/COF, DFK, DATY, Greek, etc, so if that's what you're expecting from a girl who advertises PSE, you might want to check what that actually means for her or in her city at least.
I'm from Victoria, not Vancouver, so it's probably a lot different over there, but what I've been told is that PSE is a type of girl, not an extra service. In this case it means that she will look & behave basically like a safer version of a pornstar. She will have pornstar-type looks, she will be very enthusiastic & aggressive in bed, she will be very loud & do all sorts of weird positions (& many positions in one session). This does not necessarily cost any extra, nor will she necessarily provide any "extras" such as BBBJ, COF/CIM, Greek, etc. She may not do kissing or more "intimate" things & is probably not big on conversation or cuddling.
PSE can be used as a way to differentiate from a GFE (GirlFriend Experience), which is kind of like what you would get if you had a hot girlfriend who loves sex, only without strings. She will chat with you, cuddle with you, be nice to you, have lots of foreplay, do DFK, DATY & so on. She is also usually a bit more girl next door in looks than the PSE, (maybe natural breasts etc), but it's really more about how she behaves that gets her this acronym.

PSE and GFE are code terms used to skirt around the legal issues (particularily in the US) of communicating sex acts. They don't refer to styles of interpretive dance.

I think you hit the nail on the 'head'
More that BBBJ is the attitude that goes with the activity. I've had BBBJ that were nowhere near a PSE or hell even a GFE! A gals 'performance' shouldn't be based on a checklist of thinks she does or doesn't do. It the intangibles that make a gal a PSE or a GFE.
