There are few things I would like to stress on.
First, pumps has to come with a pair of stockings.
This is must. Wearing pumps without stockings appears to me quite skanky.
The importance of stocking and pumps is quite overlooked in north America.
A nice pair of beige stockings and elegant pumps.
It is sexy because it leaves me imagination of how it feel to roll off the stockings on her leg.
But without stockings? Those dirty toes will say "helloooo" without me being ready to face them.
The tight skirt shall not be too short.
The balance of the size of the hip and the amount of legs shown is quite delicate, and need not to be ignored.
It is not the shorter the better. There is a fine line between sexy and skanky.
Just about knee length which can come up a bit higher when she sits and subtly shows her inner thigh.
I like Miss Melody's tight skirt as well, it kindda get you question what would be like to zip up the skirt a bit higher.....

A shirt needs to be clean and sharp.
Nothing puffy, showing off cleavage, or shoulder.
Showing a bit of colar bone is sexy, but needs to be subtle.
Sexy shirt require a nice back muscle to show the fine line.
A girl with a straight posture and simply silk shirt is sexy.
Also, I have to mention this that the heels of pumps shall not be worn out.
I absolutely hate seeing girls walking around with high heels with worn out end.
I would like to question them if they even notice it or care about it.
It is easy to repair, and neglect on that will come across to me skanky.
Nothing overly showing her flesh.
Too much of skin exposure is skanky, but not sexy.
Also, slightly off the topic, but I noticed myself finding slightly "not-so-beautiful" face turns me on.
