What happened to the pics in our signatures?

probably a space saving move ... and i noticed that the 90 second barrier now tells you how long you have to wait to post ...
Probably because he's the big kahunna, head cheese, or maybe it's because he owns the board, i don't think he has too explain anything.
The board was down a short time for "Maintenance" in the wee hours and the images disappered. Although the Control Panel says the image tag setting is still "ON". Limiting size would make sense like some boards can do. Avatars are turned off here.
That results in conformity and all posts looking the same. No individuality identification which I think is helpful in a "community". Although I think some of the big image signatures are just silly, others obviously like them. I like my tiny cat massage image I usually use as an avatar on other boards but can't here ...not sure why I can't add since some folks seem to have them... so use the tiny size version in signature. But others may not like it. Yet shows individuality not making us all look the bland same
