VME Slow/delayed responses these days??

Hi folk,

Anyone frequenting VME have noticed last few months that responses to booking/ques have become slower compared to before?!?

I know Valentina is absolutely fantastic and I’m sure it’s not her and maybe it’s a new handler who is not as customer focused as Valentina.

Thoughts anyone?

I've also had a couple of emails go unexpectedly unanswered over the past little while - the first time that's ever happened with VME. I'm not sure what's going on but I hope everything is OK with Valentina and the team!

I do see some reviews, so with luck it's just a temporary issue. I'd suggest a polite follow-up if you don't hear back.
