Right now I am taking:

Omega 3
Vitamin C
Calcium/Magnesium with Vitamin D
Vitamin B6

These were suggested to me by my trainer. I think I should add a probiotic.

Is there something you take everyday?

Have you ever heard of the saying "It puts lead in your pencil"? Well, it's not lead, it's zinc that our pencils need.

A zinc deficiency in your diet can contribute to erectile disfunction. I take a small zinc supplement every day just to be on the safe side.:)

Creatine, ZMA, Omega complex and a multivitamin should cover everything.

I tried BCAA and Glutamine and did not see any benefit. I know elite lifters who use them, maybe not worth it for a casual trainee.

Creatine has a definite well documented benefit in strength training. ZMA helps me with sleep.
Multivitamins are usually far more cost effective than taking a bunch of separate pills for each vitamin.

Popeye's is my favourite store.
GNC is absolutely the worst. Friends do not let friends shop at GNC.

And a glass of wine per day. Usually red. Does that count as a supplement?
I'll let it slide for you!

Don't be afraid to discontinue a supplement if it does not seem to work for you.

Most are of marginal benefit at best. And taking too much gives you what we used to call "gold plated urine"...you just pee it all out.

I thought most aware people knew the vitamin supplement industry was a scam. There's no oversight, the industry polices itself and we can imagine who's interest they're looking out for.
Instead of looking for a magic pill learn to eat well, avoid junk, and exercise. Getting vitamins from their natural source is better than from the vitamin isle at Walmart.

A good and complete multivitamin is more important than taking individual supplements on their own if you're otherwise healthy. Not much is needed and it's best to take just once a day. I use this brand because I find it rather complete, but you can compare it's ingredients to the brands they carry at your health food store. Most of the vitamins/minerals are excreted so your pee will look yellowy green if you're drinking enough fluids. Not sure how things will play out for the recipient if you're into golden showers.
I'll check out Earth Source I think they might have it at the Lifestyles Market.

It's like you're reading my mind, I do get them at Walmart.

Currently on keto.
First if you are on keto you should be eating lots of meat, so iron supplementation is not needed.
(You can have too much iron)
I use Mammoth or Musclepharm Assault preworkout.
Musclepharm Combat protein powder,BCAA, Creatine, multivitamin, all after workout.
ZMA at bedtime.

Align probiotic. Sold in blister packs at London Drugs.

Was always using live, refrigerated probiotics, but new research says Align is better designed, and works especially well if you suffer from Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

Why not drink Kefir? High in probiotics and protein as well.

I drink kefir, too. We have billions of gut bacteria. They aren't all the same. Align is designed specifically for digestive problems.

oops, didn't see the other posts

apple cider vinegar is also very good for you especially if it is organic and has the mother (google this if you require further info)

I now make my own apple cider vinegar which is very simple, just make sure you have good cheese cloth or filter capability as the fruit flies will be flocking to your jar or crock

Apple cider vinegar will make you have more bowel movements, I hated that side effect.

I didn't notice any improvement, I have mild IBS, I get gas when I eat certain vegetables, such as onions, eggplants and spinach.
Foods high in fat make me sick too.
