It seemed pretty clear to me. The rules there are HJ, CBJ, or TF only; no actions performed on the ladies.

We know that some ladies stretch or break the house rules, but reporting them here (or even in PM's with the wrong people) could get the rules violators in trouble.

I was referring to the ladies possibly being fired for breaking EB/TO's rules, not to Gentleman Jay being banned from PERB. That wouldn't happen here anyway, unless he broke board rules.
