Using phone number

Hi guys,
Sorry, total newbie at this. I think I have decided to either try AF, Lux, or Playhouse. I see AF uses telegram which is great. Do you all use your real number when contacting agencies? Not sure if I should, that’s why I’m leaning towards AF.
