Travel suggestions?

I just got back from my third trip to Colombia, was in Medellin for 3 weeks. 25 degrees everyday, some rain usually around dinner time. Cartagena is a cheap flight from anywhere in Colombia with decent beaches and I am sure you can scuba dive there, though it is probablly the most expensive city in Colombia, lots of tourists, Female wise I havent been to a place that has more hot women that are a whatsapp away and you are looking at about $60 Canadian for a few hours. The biggest downside is Spanish is pretty much the only language spoken, English speakers are rarer than hens teeth. I spent $5000 airfare, airbnb, 2-3 women a day drinks and food.

- full blown service with great attitude (pse)
- foreigner friendly/ English
- easy to transact/book
- reasonably priced ($300
- can be brothel or just lots of availability

im looking for a top quality experience with top quality looks/service.

Any suggestions? And ease of Covid entry.

its soubds like fkk is the option. I haven’t been, but based on my research it checks out all boxes
