I always considered a MILF to be 40yrs +.
Mid to low 30's I wouldn't consider her a MILF.

I have always considered then to be the same in most cases. Since most women are mother's in their 20's a cougar is in her late 20's and early 30's. The term is not from the prospective of a 20 something guy but from a teenager's view. When you are 16, 28 seems very old hence cougar titles.
It is funny how the only people who state "40 is the new 30" are the ones who have just entered into the 30 range and don't want to accept it or the tiles that go with it. You see each age group bump up the age to beyond their own.

Nina's list looks good, but, of course, terminology is somewhat tricky here. If MILF means Mother I'd Like to Fuck, then VV isn't a milf, cause, so far as I know she's no breeder. Now as a cougar she's probably the standard dictionary illustration of that! If motherhood is the issue then those girls who have kids in their teens are technically milfs but I doubt most guys would go to them for service thinking, wow, I'm banging a milf. Age differential seems like the thing that matters when "milf" and "cougar" are used. Guys in their teens or early twenties see a gal in her 30s as a milf whereas to me she's a teeny booper! For me the word "cougar" carries a much more powerful meaning than milf because it implies something about prowess and a predatory nature. "Milf" might sometimes imply that but is more about the kind of attraction you felt for your best friends hot mom, or that sweet, wayward aunt you secretly lusted after (okay I was a sick puppy when I was young!). I'm pretty sure anyone of the ladies in Nina's list (Nina included) would qualify as milfs or cougars for most guys. Hell in a mommy dress with an apron any one of them would be very good I'm sure. As far as that goes I'd say take two of them and go for mommy and aunty at the same time!
