Do you mean actual SPs? or the scammers on LL who say they have no restrictions?
Everyone has different tastes and we just have to respect each other's preferences. For some, as I've been told, DFK (along with other activities) feels too personal. If you enjoy giving/receiving golden showers, find yourself an SP who does that and hold on to her for dear life and just enjoy the ride. Life is too short to try to understand a woman

Like others have expressed. It's the intimacy part of it. For some SP and even pooners. Dfk it's something private that they only want to do with their actual partner. Or maybe one of the few things they hold sacred with their loved ones. While the rest is a "business transaction". They go through the act and motions to simulate an experience for their clients. I'm talking about the ones that actually try of course.
Same goes with some pooners. Some have no problem attracting the opposite sex. But they don't want to waste their time building a relationship and wants a sure thing. An itch to scratch per say.
I've seen providers who don't want to dfk, some love to dfk and some that want to dfk but I just wasn't up for it. Either I wasn't feeling it, wasn't into their face and just their body. Or they look too much like an ex which ends up fucking you up in the head.

I try to keep a relatively simplistic economics style approach: provider's offer +/- agreed upon terms +/- intangibles = you get what you pay for (goes both ways...eg. don't reward scams/fakes etc). Both sides need to be accountable!

Same discussion gets had around CBJ and DATY; trying to determine the logic around this. It's just what the upfront advertised services that a provider is willing to offer to an anonymous stranger. Once you become a client then, as always, YMMV.
