I was wondering how often people tip their sp? And if so, how much to tip an sp? If service is good or decent or exemplary?
I mean, if you don't tip 10% to the girl bringing you your wings in a restaurant you're treated like something they'd scrape off their shoe with a stick. These ladies are definitely providing a greater customer service experience than smiling while dropping off a plate of wings and two refills on my beer.
An associated question I suppose is how much do sp's make per service call? Understanding that independents take the whole fee but I'm more often an agency user. How much does the sp see of the time rental costs or do they make most of their earnings on the upgrade packages?
