I think I'm set to Pacific Time (GMT -8), but the screen clock is reading 8:39 PM and actually time is 11:04 PM...
Is this a site problem or just MY problem? Thoughts/advice/input?

I used to wonder about the time here as well.
I checked my user settings about 3 times....finally just came to the conclusion that PERB time is another unknown mystery, and stopped worrying about it.
