The mob barely even exists anymore. Jimmy Conway was just the characters name in real life Jimmy Burke died in prison. There was an A&E movie made about the real Lufthansa heist called The Big Heist a few years ago which didn't paint Hill in as nice a light as his own book did.

As a big fan of Goodfellas, and the book Wiseguy on which it was based, I was shocked to see how they portrayed Hill in that Big Heist movie... what a joke...

The real Henry Hill was an opportunist scumbag who would have sold his own mother given a decent price - it's one thing to see him portrayed as a badass by Ray Liotta, it's another thing to see him now... pretty sad, really...
