Hypothetical question:

SP finishes a session with a client and finds that he's paid her with counterfeit $. Is this rape? Or simply the equivalent of a dine-n-dash?

Silly rabbit!

This is not rape....it's an accounts receivable issue! She should refer the matter to a reputable collection agency :D

I LOVE THAT ANSWER!

It's fraud on many levels. Its criminal fraud (ie: fraud against the gov). Its transaction fraud (criminal prosecution and civil remedy). If subversive enough (ie: done on a wide scale to wreck the economy), its technically terrorism.

You're obviously an amateur. Do it the proven way: launder your money through drug deals.

I've heard several SPs use the 'R' word if a client does a fuck-and-run. It must come up in new-hire training or something, right after if an SP gives you BBBJ, you've actually had a BBBJ from all the men she's done that for.

However, rape requires the use of force, at least according to the dictionary definition.

I think it's theft, plain and simple.

How the hell can it be rape? You're paying for her time, not sex.

Anything that happens during that time spent is between 2 consenting adults. That's what I keep reading on all the hooker websites.

That seems right to me as well. Theft may not be strong enough of a word. Fraud seems a little too strong. Maybe a new word: Freft? Thaud?

Rape is against her will, forced, which is {i take it} not the case here.
Another question is, Is this theft? If so, legal, or moral only?

Fair game

All sp's/ sw's are doing something immoral, so they are fair game for stuff you shouldn't pull on "civilian" women....here's analogy to help visualize this concept:

You're driving along Hastings, and a rat runs in front of your car. You swerve and hit it. - This is OK.

A puppy dog walks in front of your car on Arbutus....you stop, get out and scoop it up making cooing noises, and deposit it safely on the boulevard....

Get it?

That's like saying the Catholic Church found people doing something immoral,
so they were fair game for stuff you shouldn't pull on moral people. I think
of some of the things they did in the Inquisitional times. Or the pig farmer
who did what he wanted to do to lowtrack SW's.

Obviously I have to chime in here but I dont think it would be consensual if there was no exchange of money, and that is what is happening. Having it happened to me, I thought it was a lot more than theft.
Without the theft it would have been all right, so it was nothing more
than theft/non payment that was wrong. And, of course, the deception
that went with it, assuming the client knew it was counterfeit. He got
your time {which included sex} for free, so you got robbed of your time.
What he owes you is money, not to restore your virginity or anything
like that, if it were possible. Though i can understand how this may feel
worse to you than if someone had lifted the equivalent in cash from
your purse.

2 : unlawful sexual activity and usually sexual intercourse carried out forcibly or under threat of injury against the will usually of a female or with a person who is beneath a certain age or incapable of valid consent -- compare SEXUAL ASSAULT, STATUTORY RAPE

stop the madness

People people. It's amazing on this forum that a little joke[author Red Fox] could get to this, my humble apollogies for that....With that note I'm working on a question that should be fun w/o so much drama ,that should be a barn burner.
