Ok reading that article .. there is 1.2 million case of AIDs out of 300 million in the US that s 1 in 300 or o.33 % have AIDs It was unclear if that was full blown AIDs or included HIV case .. . world wide in some countries it is very much higher and in other countries a lot lower .
I keep wondering why those that know they are infected are having unprotected sex .. or sharing needles .. Yes there are many that don;t because of the callousness of some that have AID.
Why are people not readily willing to get tested . and keep putting then selves at risk and others .. that is why AID keep spreading . Condoms do help and taking a little care in tinking about who you sleep with , especially if you are going to have unprotected sex with them. all help to stop epidemics HIV .
Now they have this pill, It is great if helps those that have AIDs and good tht it can stop people from getting if if they have exposure too the AID virus ,But it is also going to make people be less care full again because there is a possibility of managing the sick once you have it ,Is education and common sense also going to suffer...
A little side note .. B.C. natives in central and northern B.C. have the highest rates of AIDs per capita . Why? Possibly there is some thing missing in the education of sex and AIDs .. and not a high awareness My concern is because of the number of transient works in the north . that AID does not spread more in to the norther communities and other areas of Canada . Education and awareness is the only thing that can stop that But i saw very little awareness that AIDs was so prevalent . Now i don;t know if it is only related to sexual transmission , Hetreal or homosexual , or drug users .. Un like like in the lower main line . there are clear statistics of the amount related to Gay activity and drug users .. of course it crosses over from there also ..
A pill is no the solution they need to eradicate the Virus . Not that easy when there are over 400 strains or more ..
