Since they have changed thier website & reservation system, do you get email confirmations anymore or is it all through thier site? I mean that would suck if it was. If your at work and you made a booking how do you confirm? I would rather have it in my hotmail acct then having to go to thier site on a work computer.

I agree, they should send email confirmations. If they depend on you to visit their site, it's possible you might miss reading the info at the right time.

The hotel location and room number are made available at least 24 hours prior to the appointment so you should be able to get it from their website on your home computer the day before. Also, I think the site shows if you have confirmed the appointment.

I just checked the C-B site and I already have Shannon location, well before 24 hrs before my appointment. This system seems to work well so far. One more sleep to Shannon. I hope she still has lots of energy as I'm one of her last appointments on this trip.
