I saw a bit of it, at the part where she got busted. I'll admit, it did sort of freak me out a little, pondering if I was a client of an SP who was busted and if she was in the same spot, would she give up such a list. But remember, this takes place in the US so they have much more strict laws regarding prostitution than we do.

Of course she would. You have no expectation of privacy under those circumstances, particularly if you are engaged in criminal behaviour. We are not talking about a professionly regulated industry here.

I imagine that most SPs in the US would turn over such a list in a heartbeat if it would reduce the amount of trouble they were in if caught.

Well that would depend. I'm not certain about what the penalties are in the states, but what if she wanted to work again? Her reputation would be shot. What if she has some less than scrupulous clients? Such as those that would seek some sort of, vengeance (not the best word, but I think you know what I mean). I'm certain the likelyhood of "snitching" wouldn't be all that different from other crimes carrying the same penalties.
