The age old dilemna

As you can see from my join date, I've been watching (and thinking, and pondering, and dreaming, etc) for a while now. Also, as my post count points out, I have not stepped out into the open before. One of my problems is the age old question: how do you get a reference when you need a reference to begin with?

We occassionally get some serious providers come to our community, ones to which I would consider spending time with. There is not much in the local community to work with (and they are local so you're likely to run into them when out and about your normal life). The visiting girls are often more to my taste (even though they are more expensive). I guess, because I want to be sure that my hard earned money gives me the best return, I want to spend it with girls more to my liking (externally it's true but there's no guarantee that a local girl is going to be more enjoyable internally). The visiting girls want a reference though and that's the rub.

How do I get the initial reference(s) and still not have to be more involved than I want or see someone I'd really rather not spend my resources on?

I am not sure how beleivable this post is. First, never ran into this reference thing before, and if I did, would simply avoid that lady. Secondly, if an SP is visiting your community, how would she ever be able to check out a reference? And it also seems strange that your community is so small that the gals there might recognize you, most SP's on tour only do fairly large cities. And there is pretty well an unwritten law that in public that you do not recognize nor acknowledge your clients or SP's in public. So your fears of meeting one in public are pretty much unfounded. In fact these gals are usually masters at changing their appearance, not a lot of chance that you would recognize them.

If I were you, just go and visit a few locals, develop a business relationship there, carefully, and be done with it. I might also add that just because a gal is visiting, she doesn't have to be any better than the locals. In fact if you think about it, the locals need to develope and secure a business, the visitors can give any kind of performance and never come back to suffer for being bad

There are many ladies that ask for references. This is especially true in places where LE is a problem, ie, Winnipeg or Calgary (for Canadian examples). Fort McMurray and Kelowna are both small cities, that attract touring ladies, where you can run into people you have seen as a client any where. I know, I have worked in both places. There are many towns in Alberta that attract touring ladies, that are small. Most working girls in the States also ask for references.

I have worked in a few small towns too, where the local girls were all working to support some kind of habit, and not the same quality at all, as a lady passing through. It is why touring girls can charge more. I also would not trust a girl with a habit to be discrete.

References are being asked by more and more ladies. Victoria Jolie, Missy Mariposa, and Holly Taylor, all ask for references. I don't ask for references, (I should, I know, lol) I know that there are tons of girls that do ask for references because a few times a month, I get an email from somebody asking if I have seen so and so, because so and so used me as a reference. Most of the time, I have never met the girl asking for the reference. I just gave a reference the other day for a lady in Miami. You do not have to be in the same city as the lady who you are using for a reference. The 2 sp's do not need to know each other. You just need to have seen her, and she needs to have a website with a few reviews to prove she is an actual sp and not LE trying to sting the girl.

I would suggest seeing a local or two, that can provide you with a reference. I'm sure you must have one or two that is better than the rest. If not, you might have to travel to a different city to get your toes wet, and get a few references built up. Then you can see the touring ladies with no fear, and no problems. Quite a few ladies also have other options than just references, as a way of keeping them safe and proving you are not LE. Read the girls websites and use a different way, if possible,
