Girl could be real, but the pics are taken from the instagram of someone named Ailed Ramirez. Could actually be her, but I doubt it.
Her ad looks similar to Michel Rodriguez's ad though so maybe she is legit and they are connected somehow.

It’s legit. Look at the bottom of the ad at “More Ads from this User”.
The second ad has a real confirmation sign that isn’t photoshopped and one of the pics has our mountains in the background. If it is a photoshopped ad, the person responsible should be doing something that pays better because they’ve got legit skills.

They appear to have the same tatoo on their upper leg. My guess is they found a way to fake the verified pics using older pics to make her appear younger than she rally is. And 2 the pics where she looks older in the first ad above is what she actually looks like today.

Can't comment on Fernanda but more to Bobert's point - I have a good feeling the girl in this ad has her waist photo shopped as Michel's was around the same area.
