Tess - didn't go all that well

A couple of weeks ago I wandered South to Calgary and had booked a session with Tess. (I had tried in the past, but our schedules didn't work-out - this time it did happen)

Now this lady has received a substantial amount of positive reviews here, so I thought I'd give her a try.

I had tried to book for a 5:30 PM session, but in the end she only showed up at about 7 PM (there was a bit of back and forth by e-mail, all in all I was okay with it)

Tess appears quite a bit different from her website pics - to the point that I wonder if either she used someone else's shots or if the person who showed up at my door wasn't her.

Funny thing is, I really enjoyed meeting her and chatting about all sorts of things - she is a very attentive and smart lady.

Bottom line though is I am either too old for Tess for this to be a "Graduate" kind of thing or too young to enjoy her more "mature" looks and service.

The weight thing also got me a bit "off" - not that I do not enjoy voluptuous divas, but in this case, this Tess could easily shed a few Lbs. and be all that much better for it (although her breasts were very nice, I must say)

Service was a bit strange too - where at one point, she was so comfortable when I massaged her, that she almost felt asleep (again, I didn't mind and felt we were totally at ease - maybe just a bit too much).

Repeat - likely not. I think we did connect mentally, but there was no physical attraction there.

L - 4.5 Again there, the age and proportions threw me off - she may rate higher with others
A - 9 Very smart and educated
S - No rating as I really wasn't into it - and it wouldn't be a fair review

2 hours for $$$60 - weekend special advertised on her web site

That sort of thing makes me unlikely to indulge.

I think that I've got to jump in here...

Tess is one of my favorite people, SP or otherwise, and I have always enjoyed our time together... with each session better than the last.

Because she has a life outside of the industry, she prefers to not publish personal pictures on her website, and I know this creates problems.

I think she would probably agree with you and would like to shed a few pounds, but you will have to admit she is solidly built, athletic and not flabby, and yes her breasts are very (very!) nice.

I find her extremely attractive and can remember my first look at her as she walked up the driveway to my house looking like an incredibly hot business woman... which I guess she is!

If you are looking for a young spinner, Tess is not the one to call... but if you are looking for a beautiful, intelligent, articulate, passionate and sexy woman to spend an evening with my advice would be to call her.

I haven't seen Tess yet, and my guess -- from all the positive reviews-- is she must be at least fairly attractive and provides good company. The problem for many clients interested in potentially booking with her is that her photos (at least most of them) are not her, nor does she bother to point this fact out. This had led to much confusion and speculation, and it finally got to the point of having to go through the process of being confirmed on Perb by clients who had actually seen her.

When an SP posts photos on their own website, done in the same way as other SP websites which do have genuine photos, why is it up to potential clients to try and guess whether Tess's are genuine or not? Why is Tess playing games with her photos?

As for having a life outside the industry: so do a lot of other SPs who do have genuine photos. There are ways of framing the shots as to not reveal faces or distinguishing features etc. It can be done, and other SPs are doing it. It's a poor excuse for playing games and confusing potential customers.

Precisely why I have never booked with her, She sounds hot and is likely a good sp but I will not go to someone I have not seen at least a couple of pictures of. Been disapointed too many times in the past.

Why would you have pics of SOMEONE ELSE on your webiste??? Un-beleivalbe. I understand the privacy thing but again you can blur the face easlily...

You go buy a tv at Best buy they dont show you pics of "some other" tv in the flyer do they? This seems like false adveritizing in my opinion.

SHe is well reviwed but to be honest I find too many calgary guys seem to be awfully easy to please & gush out the fantastic reviews only to go & see the person myself and find someone who would rate a 6 or 7 for most guys.

Its svery simple. Men are visually stimulated. Show us YOUR pics. If we like you we will come, if we dont then we wont. Seems pretty simple.

Good review and sounds like you Tess was not your kind of tea...

Good news - more of her for the rest of us.

I enjoyed my visit with Tess and you can find lots about her from visiting CAF and her & doing a search. In Calgary, I go to all kinds of MPs and variety of stages of life. I like you have some bad experience with well reviewed MPs but reality is YMMV and we try another MP.

i'm with you on this one rocker. this hobby is way too exspensive (especially in calgary) to be taking chances on looks. and yes, the pooners in calgary seem way to eager to give glowing reviews to inferior talent.

You said it mate, I share the same sentiments about seeing anyone who does not post their pics. Been there, done that, got burnt and am NEVER getting burnt like that again if I can help it. Especially with the information that is available on-line (thank you PERB et. al)

I'll weigh in on this one. Hedonist7 did hit upon the two items that Tess was less than stellar in my visit. I had an appointment booked 4 days in advance and the day before she phoned and told me she couldn't make it and suggested a less convenient time. While I took it it did annoy me that she would request a change at the last moment. Not the same as being stood up at all but less than stellar and particularly inconvenient since I had had to book a hotel room for our first visit. That said, I accepted it.

On appearance. I, as well, was somewhat disappointed in her body as first. She is definitely Rubinesque. If you are looking for a young hottie I'd go elsewhere. That said, she does have a lovely face and eyes and that is somewhat of a shame. If she had a smoking body and an ugly face she could put her pics up, with an obscured face and no-one would complain and she could have a life as well. She has the reverse and that means a good picture of her would be devastating at a personal level. As a consumer I like the pics but I also know that the provider I most recently went to (who has many pics all over the Internet) told me she lives in fear that her soon-to-be teenage son would find out what she was doing to support him. I had to tell her to tell him at an appropriate age and point because those pics will never die and he or his friends are going to find them.

Tess is unique. I've never had a companion so giving of her time and that was so knowledgable. When asked what I do she was the first (and so far only provider) who actually understood my job. She is a skilled and giving lover and gives a good massage.

To summarize, Hedonist's issues were common to me. In my case, the numerous other positives more than outweighed the two points. And, on pictures, its ashame that she has great eyes and not a slimmer bod so she can put up pics and still have a life.

Absolutely. It was an honest, factual review. But some people have chimed in about why they would not see her and others have chimed in about why they would. It all adds up to a good and more complete story for the hobbyist and, as you put it, is that not what were after.

Why? There are other rubenesque providers who have body photos, and some rubenesque providers who also reveal their face, and there are rubenesque SPs who do not post any photos. Clients can accept an SPs' choice whether they post photos or not. Many guys do in fact prefer voluptuous women, in which case photos would be a lure, not a detraction.

The issue here is that Tess chooses to post photos, but not of her, or at best, one or two of her mixed in with many others that are not. This is confusing, if not misleading.

I am glad your visit with Tess was positive. Since I find facial appearance in some ways more important than body appearance, I may still decide to see her. However, the games she's playing with her photos are not a good sign of being straightforward with potential customers. Either post genuine photos or don't post any. Then people will be less confused/suspicious and more understanding.

With accurate pictures I find that the anticipation of really meeting who I'm seeing in the photos a huge turn on. She doesn't have to be perfect, doesn't matter if she's skinny or curvy... but the initial excitement and anticipation of meeting her has to be there in my mind.

Because the excitement is there from the time I book all the way to the knock on the door, I think it gives the entire experience great VFM. Even when you go home you and glance at the photos again, it's like that quick hour or two is still going on. When I think back to all my years of pooning, I can't think of one that I repeated with that didn't have photos or very poor ones.

I can't argue with that point. Post or don't post photos is matter for individual discretion and I am willing to see providers who don't post photos though I'm more likely to see those who do. Genuine, representative photos or none is the choice.
