How much you downloading??
Regular hi speed is 30 gig/mo Don't forget thats combined up and down, so if your downloading files once your done move'em outta your download folder so you don't keep on sharing them. Maybe hit enhanced hi speed, doubles your upload/download bandwidth.
If your talking web space and your site is just so fukkin popular that so many people are hittin it and bringing it to it's knees all you can do is something like see if telus has corporate accounts or move to a different web provider.

To add insult to injury, I received an email from Telus today advising that the price of my high speed ADSL was going up by $1. per month effective April 1/06. I guess that's called maximizing shareholder value.
