SP quality has gone up

Hi All!

is it me or is it that the general SP quality level has gone up in the last year or so?
i am talking in the $150-$200 for HH range. I remember 3 years ago you had to do some
homework to find the right price/quality level.

these days, they are a lot more young quality SPs(i have seen a few now and ARE NOT asians) that are availiable
out there with photos that match the body and provide a decent level of service with a clean environment.

hey, i am all for this , quality SPs for the everyday man at a affordable price. kind of like what the Japanese car imports did to the N.American
market auto industry.

i do not usually look for SP in weekends. i guess it is kind of like the taxi situation on weekends.
however, during weekdays, i generally have no issues with most SPs i call, half hour to 1 hour wait
usually.

that is what i thought too, however, not as simple as that since 3-4 years ago(around 2009)when the market first tanked across the world, SP
prices are still relatively high for BC and good quality will cost you - check out the old threads about this topic, there were lots.

i mean, back then you had to do your home work to find someone at $140-200 HH range that is consistant, nice shape and not on drugs when you get them. Not this does not happen anymore, however, i can open erslist today and without spending too much time and find 10 or more 19-23 yrs old across lower mainland on any given day.

of course, there are still the "High Tier" Sps that are reserve for people with more disposable income then myself, but, you think with BCs mining and other resource industry booming, the general price will be going up?

I wouldn't say our economy is booming.Where i work there laying off & not replacing those that are retiring.Alberta & sask are booming,bc??????Thats were a lotta the younger guys in my union are headed & they get sick of it pretty quick.
Victoria is a lot of the same ol stuff, most of the independants are always touring(were the money is) Agencies have a few good ones(mostly well reviewed)
