Somebody was having "fun"

Reminds me of an old joke about a gringo in Spain on business. His host decided to show him a good Sunday's entertainment so they went to the bullfights, then afterward they went to a fancy restaurant in town where the host ordered the Plate of the Day. It was two big roundish kind of meat like things that tasted quite good. When the gringo asked what they were, the host explained that they were the balls off one of the bulls that died that day. They got shit-faced that night in celebration.
So the next week the gringo's boss flew into town to help close the deal, and the gringo decided to take his boss out for the same Sunday's entertainment. After the bullfights they went to the same restaurant and the gringo ordered the same dish that he had with the host the week before. The waiter said something in Spanish that he didn't really understand, so he repeated the order. Immediately the maitre de showed up and asked him something else in Spanish, but the guy still didn't have a clue what they were saying so again he re-ordered the dish. When it arrived it consisted of two tiny little chunks of meat that tasted rather bad. The gringo didn't understand, and his boss was rather pissed about the meal.
The next day they were being seen off at the airport by their Spanish host and the gringo explained about the disappointing meal, and asked what had happened.
The host took the gringo aside and said, "Sometimes the bull wins, senor!"
