I decided to see what all the fuss was about ... She was polite and welcoming
and her in call is very well kept. She asked what I enjoyed and she was accomodating. She keeps herself in decent shape and can at times be very enthusiastic about her job! I wont go into details as she ahs been reviewed here many times already.

I had an incident where we were able to link a potential fraud against our company by sifting through the communication and noticing a simple punctuation that was similar to a previous fraud incident.

We played along and obtained real information, ip addresses etc and forwarded it to the FBI (fraudster was out of the USA).
