If you are smaller in circumference you will probably be best off with Japanese condoms. Go for regular size. Okamoto or Sagami are two brands I would recommend, I buy and many of my friends do as well directly from Japan through Amazon. Takes a while to get them so lead times of a month have to factored in. Also these condoms are incredibly thin, synthetic, and not available from Canadian sources. Way stronger than latex btw. I buy the Sagami 0.02 large at about 19 bucks/doz shipping incl. Will never go back to drug store condoms like putting a wool sock on your dick.
I have distributed lifestyles and Durex, blech! My cost is around a $0.10@ or $15/gross and that's about what they are worth. Thick as fucking tires they are.

Condoms are sold based on measurements - So if you go with the Lifestyles - the 49mm are the snuggest fit - they are purple.

The only place I've ever been able to get female condoms is through Peers - However, I'm in Victoria. I'm wondering if the Vancouver site has them?
