With ladies calling themselves "whores" or "sluts", I would probably be safe in assuming that it is not the provider herself who is typing the words & posting the ads, but her pimp/handler who obviously doesn't care about the provider, given the words that are chosen in the description.
The pimp probably has 2, 3, 4 or more girls in the city, at various locations, and is using words like that to get the eye of the client, who will then think, "Hey, she seems open to everything! I can go see her!", and then the client realizes that the provider is not as advertised.
