Tao, you gotta keep posting as long as you keep that sig picture man.
I have seen you post with that sig before but I just can't get enough
of that girl.
That gal is just the hottest little thing yet!

Randy, as far as what she is saying, i don't think it is anything.
I think the person that made the .gif, started with her hand an hips in one position, added layers until her hand and hips were in opposite positions. then simply reversed the order of the layers for the second half of the .gif.
the result is a seemless endless loop of that sweet girl dancing. but i don't think she is saying anything.
