Of course she is out on bail. The Canadian "Justice" system is a joke, coddling criminals thanks in whole to the current federal government and the party which controls the Senate (which is also the same federal party in government).
Nothing will change until a politician is killed or robbed by a criminal, be it a slaying, targeted hit, SW/pimp assault or whatever the case is.
